Hohepa Mei TATERE (Hepa)

TATERE, Hohepa Mei, (Hepa) passed away peacefully at Rahiri Rest Home, Dannevirke on Friday 2nd June 2023 with his loving family by his side. Aged 91 years. 

Dearly loved husband of Rene.

Loved father and father in law to Richard (deceased), Denise and Pete, and Brenda.

Loved by all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Rahiri Comfort Fund and these may be left at the service.

Hepa will be lying at Makirikiri Marae until the day of his service  which will be held at St John the Baptist, Anglican Church, High Street, Dannevirke on Tuesday 6th of June at 11am followed by a private cremation.
