Rua Gaye FERGUSON

Ferguson, Rua Gaye passed away peacefully on Saturday 11th October 2025. Aged 89.

Adored wife of Bill for 69 years.

Much loved Mother and Mother-In-Law of Laurance (Dec) and Viv, Wayne and Kelcy, Iona and Willie, Steven and Stella (Dec) and a special Mum to Tom Kamura.

Treasured Grandmother, Mumma and Great Grandmother.

Dearly loved Sister and Aunty.

A special thank you to the staff at Eileen Mary Rest Home and Lavender Blue for the love and care they gave to Rua.

Rua will be laying at home from Tuesday lunchtime until the day of her service which will be held at Kowhai Chapel, 51 Denmark Street, Dannevirke on Thursday 16th October at 1.30pm. Followed by interment at the Mangatera Cemetery.
