We bid farewell to our Mum Nan, Sister, Aunty and Nan-nan Elaine Farr (nee Thompson), daughter of Bill and Wiki Thompson of Raetihi.

FARR, Elaine Pikitia (nee Thompson)

Passed away peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital on 8^th October 2025 with her whanau by her side.

Cherished wife of the late George Bradfairy Farr.

Much loved Mother and Mother-In-Law of Leonnie and Greg, Tricia and Grant, Robert (dec), and George.

Adored Nan of Tom, Teina, Mataira, Erana and Manaaki.

Loved Nan Nan of Takoha, Pare, Ake and Mason.

Elaine will be dearly missed by her siblings, nieces, nephews and mokopuna.

A service for Elaine will be held at Hosana Baptist Church, 331 High Street on 9^th October 2025 at 10.00am.

Elaine will then make her way to Mangamingi Marae Ohakune Road, Raetihi where she will lay until the day of her farewell. This will be held on Saturday 11^th October 2025 at 10.00am followed by her burial down her beloved valley at Kawa Kawa Urupa, Makakahi Road.
