SMITH, Isabelle Gibson,(nee Wright)  on Sunday, 8th June 2025 peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital, aged 98 years.

Beloved wife of the late Jack.

Loved mother and mother-in-law to Ian and Sharon, Stuart and Anke.

Loved grandmother of Jason, Anna, Natalie, Jessica and Adrian; Anton, Maria, Benjamin, Sophia and all their partners. Loved great grandmother to her 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Dannevirke St John Health Shuttle and these may be left at the service. 

A celebration of  Isabelle’s life will be held at Knox Church, Swinburn Street, Dannevirke on Friday 13th June at 2.00pm followed by a private cremation.

 Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Ward 29 and ED, at Palmerston North Hospital for the wonderful care during Isabelle’s final days. Messages for the family c/- 51 Denmark Street, Dannevirke.
